Road rage would be an exception. Obviously you could case down the person to deliver your "justice" but with todays petrol prices and bleeding heart enviromentalist this is not practicle. I would sugest in the place of one punch and egg can be thrown at the vehicle or if an egg is unavailable then a clos slurpy either one will cause damage to the vehicals paint work and thus be a contant reminder.
In all cases a polite warning should be given first, then followed by "justice". Text speak is the worst I wish it was abolished from text messages as well. take the time to write what you want to say. if it does not fit on the screen then MAKE A PHONE CALL!!!! by that stage it has stopped being a short message and the service can not cater for it!
